Logistics and Courier Services

We are dedicated to the swift and secure transport of all specimens to CytoGenX. To schedule a pickup, please contact our client services team. Courier and overnight services are provided at no cost to our clients.

When scheduling a pickup, please provide the following details:

  • Specimen type
  • Time the specimen will be ready
  • Pickup location
  • Facility closing time
  • Air bill tracking number (if applicable)
